Light Wrist
Are the wrist / ankle weights effective and should I buy?
Hello I am a tennis player and sports enthusiast and all have taken an interest in the wrist / ankle weights. I feel if I'm using light wrist weights most of the time besides sleeping I guess I can gain a lot of strength. Also add some weight to them during certain activities EX: Adding some resistance to pull-ups. So using the weights of the wrist gives me a noticeable change in strength once I can move normally with them? Now in ankle weights. I imagine that could be used for pull-ups if they are strangers around their wrists, and if I I usually go to tennis practice with them and then during games that can take 'em and just explode! Just as sprinting and distance running I thought it would be affected. Is this feasible? Any information is greatly appreciated!
Ankle weights have lost popularity for use in sports. They are fine for Pullups, leg lifts and the like. Wrist Weights should be fine.
